Praise be to Allaah the Lord of the Worlds. I bear witness that none has the right to diibadahi besides Allaah is no partner for Him. And I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger of Allaah. May Allah SWT give blessings to his family, his companions and those who follow his sunnah-Sunnah and those who get guidance with his guidance until the end of the day.
After that, an obligation for Muslims to love the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wa sallam, he observance by carrying out the commands and avoid a ban-ban and confirmed the news that brought him. It all could indicate realization Laa ilaha ila Allah ‘Creed and the Prophet Muhammad. With it he can get the reward and punishment survived Allaah.
Sign and proof of it is to continue the commitment to implement the symbols of Islam, in the form of commands, prohibitions, lighting, speech, belief and practice. And let him say: “sami’na wa atha’na (we hear and obey)”.
Among it is to let the beard (not shaved) and shorten the extent of both ankles clothes made because obediently to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala and His messenger and expecting reward from Allaah and fear the punishment.
If we want memeperhatikan most people? may Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala give guidance to them and guide them to the truth? will be found they do act Isbal (decrease pekaian below the ankle) on clothing and even dragged on the ground. It is an act which contains great danger, as opposed to the command of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala and His Messenger and it is defiantly, the culprit will get a strong threat.
Isbal considered one of the major sins punishable by harsh threats. Moving on from the obligation to help each other in goodness and piety, counsel advised each other to truth, wants the brothers the Muslims got the goodness and for fear that they hit a bad penalty due to the majority of people do immoral.
I gather this treatise deals with the theme of Isbal and contains suggestions for shortening the clothes to above the ankle for men and contains a threat to the conduct Isbal and lengthen past the ankles.
Prohibition to do Isbal is general prohibition, whether as arrogant or not. It is tantamount to the generality of the texts. But, when done as arrogant then it harder levels should not be and greater sin
Isbal is a symbol of pride and the person who coined the pride in his heart despite weighing small ant seed will not enter heaven, as explained in the hadith narrated by Imam Muslim.
Then compulsory for a Muslim to give up and bow and hear and obey the commands of Allaah and the Messenger before death comes menunjunginya, if samapai so he will find that the threat had been delivered to him. When he was sorry and no benefit remorse at that time.
Mandatory for him to repent to Allaah from immoral isbal (lengthen pants) and other immoral. He should shorten his clothes on top of both ankles and regretted what he had done during his life.
And let him earnestly determined not to repeat the vice-vice in the rest of this short age. Allaah will accept the repentance of those who want to repent. A person who repent of a sin as people who do not have sin.
This treatise is taken from verses of Allaah and the words of the Prophet, and the words of the researchers of the Ulama. I ask Allaah that he gave benefits to the author of this treatise, or printer, or readers, or listeners. And I ask Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala that he makes this practice sincerely to expect waahnya noble and a cause to seek happiness heavenly delights.
And I hope that Allaah gives guidance to Muslims who still do Isbal on their clothes transform and implement the Sunnah of their Prophet, Muhammad Ibn Abdullah, namely to shorten it. And I hope that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala made them as the people who lead again to get guidance. Hopefully salawat and greetings poured out on our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions and all praise be to Allaah the Lord of the Universe nature.
PROHIBITION ON CLOTHES DO ISBAL
Praise be to Allaah who has given favor to the servants in the form of clothes that cover their nakedness-nakedness and beautify their shape.
And he has advocated for wear piety and proclaim that it is best clothes.
I testify that there is no diibadahi besides Allaah the Almighty. No partner for him his whole power in heaven and on earth and her creatures back in the Final. And I testify that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. And no one has taught him kindness except to his community. And there is not a crime unless he told his community had been warned not to mlakukannya. Semuga segue and greetings poured out to him, his family, and his companions and those who walk on manhaj he and his Sunnah kepda hold.
“O Muslims, fear of you to Allaah ta’ala. Allaah has said: “O son of Adam, indeed We have sent down to you clothing to cover your nakedness and beautiful clothes jewelry. And that’s the most taqwa clothes well. Such are some of the signs of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala hopefully they always remember. “(Surat al-A’raf -26)
Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala give favors to His servants in the form of clothes and beauty. And clothing intended by this paragraph is revealing clothing. And ar riisy meaning of this paragraph is beautified by dlohir. the clothing is an important kebutukan, while ar riisy is complementary needs.
Imam Ahmad narrated in his Musnad, he said:
Abu Umamah never wear new clothes, the clothes worn when he said: “Praise be to Allaah who has given me this life in order to cover auratku and beautify myself in my life”, then he said: I heard the Omar Ibn Khattab said : Messenger of Allah said: “who is getting new clothes and then wear it. And then have worn he said praise be to Allaah who has given me these clothes to cover auratku and beautify myself in life and take the clothes were shabby and giving it, he was under surveillance and protection of and hijab Allah Ta ‘style, life and death. “(Ahmad, Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah. and Turmudzi said this Hadith gharib)
When Allaah has given the clothing of the body that are used to cover the genitalia, body wrap and embellish shapes, Allaah warns that there are nicer clothes and more clothes boondoggle that taqwa. Which is the piety clothes adorn themselves with various virtues.
And cleaning of dirt. And clothing taqwa is dimaukan goal. And who does not wear clothes of piety, does not benefit the clothes on his body.
If someone does not wear clothes taqwa, meaning he was naked though he dressed
Clothing before mentioned is for you to remember the favor of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala and menyukurinya. And you should remember how you need to outfit dhahir and how you need to inner clothing. And you know who do not avail another inner clothing is clothing taqwa.
O servants of Allaah, verily clothing is one of the favors of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala to the servants who must be grateful and praised. And clothing that has some Shari’a laws that must be known and applied. The man has a special outfit in terms of types and shapes.
Women also have a special outfit in terms of types and shapes. There should not be one of them wearing other clothes. Because Allaah has cursed the men who imitate women and women who imitate men. (Bukhari, Abu Dawud, Turmudzi and Nasa’i).
And the Prophet also said:
“May Allaah has cursed the women who wear men’s clothing and men who wear women’s clothes.” (Reported by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, and Ibn Hiban and he mensahihkannya, and Al-Hakim , he said: this hadeeth saheeh according to the conditions of Muslims).
Unlawful for a man to do Isbal on gloves, pakian, and pants. And this includes a great sin.
Isbal is lowered below the ankle clothing. Allaah has said:
“And you shall not walk this earth diats with pride, because Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala does not like to everyone else haughty arrogant.” (Luqman: 18)
Of Umar Radiyallahu ‘anhu, he said: Allah’s Apostle of Allaah alaihi respectfully said:
“Who is dragging clothes for pride, Allaah will not see it on the Day of Resurrection.” (Bukhari and others).
And from Ibn Umar also, the Prophet said:
“Isbal applies to gloves, long dress and turban. Whoever lowers his clothes as arrogant, not to be seen by Allaah on the Day of Judgment. “(Abu Dawud, Nasa’i, and Ibn Majah. And this hadith is sahih hadith).
From Abu Hurairah, the Prophet of Allaah alaihi wa sallam, he said:
“Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala will not see people dragging sheath for pride”. (Muttafaq ‘alaihi)
In the history of Imam Ahmad and Bukhari with sound:
“Anything that is under the ankle sarong, then place in Hell.”
Rasullullah of Allaah be upon Regards said:
“There are three groups that will not be spoken to by Allaah on the Day of Judgment. Not seen and dibesihkan (in sin) and will get a painful punishment, ie someone who does isbal (musbil), lever provision, and the person who sells his wares with perjury. “(Hr Muslim, Abu Dawud, Turmudzi, Nasa’i , and Ibn Majah)
O servants of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, in the circumstances we are hard to pinpoint threats Isbal actors, we see some Muslims do not ignore this problem. He let his clothes or pants down past the ankles. Even sometimes to sweep the ground. This is a clear kemungkaran. And this is a prohibition that disgusting. And is one of the major sins. It is obligatory for those who do it to immediately repent to Allaah and also immediately raised his clothes to the nature of the disyari’atkan.
Rasullullah Allaah alaihi wa sallam said:
“Gloves limited believer second half calf. Not why he lowered under it for not covering the ankle. And under the ankle place in hell. (Reported by Malik in the Muwatta ‘, and Abu Dawud with a valid sanad)…
There are also parties other than Isbal actors, namely those who raise their clothes upon his knees, so that they appear thighs and so on, as do sports clubs, in the fields?. And this is also done by most employees.
The thighs are mandatory genitalia covered and illicit opened. From ‘Ali Radiyallahu’ anhu, he said: Rasullullah sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said:
“Thou shalt not uncover both your legs and thighs do not look at people who are still alive and the dead.” (Abu Dawud, Ibn Majah, and al-Hakim. Al Arnauth said in Usul Jami’il 5/451: “hasan isnaad”)
May Allah SWT give you all the benefits to me and through the guidance of his books. And may Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala make us among those who listen to the correct pronunciation of events followed. Allaah the Exalted says:
“What is given Apostle to you, then accept him. And what he forbids for you, then leave; and bertaqwalah you to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. Indeed Allaah is very strict in Punishment (Al-Hashr: 7)
LEGAL REDUCE APPAREL (ISBAL) FOR MEN
Messenger of Allah said:
“What lies beneath the ankle sarong (cloth), then place in hell” (HR.Bukhori)
And he said again;
“Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala will not see people dragging sheath for pride”.
and in a history that reads:
“Allaah will not look at the Day of Judgment to those who dragged her clothes as arrogant.” (HR. Malik, Bukhari and Muslim)
and he also said:
“There are three groups that will not be seen by Allaah on the Day of Judgment, not seen and not purified (from sin) and get very painful doom, ie actors Isbal (musbil), lever giving and the person who sells his wares with perjury. “(HR. Muslim, Ibn Majah, Tirmidhi, Nasa’i).
Musbil (Isbal actors) is a person who lowers gloves or pants then pass both his ankles. And Al Mannan mentioned in the above hadith is the one who brings up what he had given. And the person who sells his wares with perjury is a person with a false oath he was promoting his wares. He swore that he had bought the goods at a price so or named with this or he sells at a price so when in fact he lied. He aims to popularize the merchandise.
In a hadith that reads:
“When someone walks by wearing prhiasan that makes him proud and arrogant attitude in stride, Allaah will fold with the earth and then he goes down in dalamya until doomsday. (HR. Mutafaqqun ‘alaihi)
Messenger of Allah said:
“Isbal force on the sheath, the robe, turban. Who is lowered slightly for pride not be seen Allaah on the Day of Resurrection. “(Reported by Abu Dawood with a saheeh isnaad).
This hadith is general. Includes pants and other clothes that are still classified as clothing. Allah’s Apostle sallallaahu ‘alaihi respectfully preach with his saying;
“Verily, Allaah does not accept someone who does Isbal prayer.” (HR. Abu Dawood with a saheeh isnaad. Imam Nawawi said in Riyadlush Sholihin with tahqiq Al Anauth case: 358)
Through hadiths noble Prophet had declared that lowering clothes under both ankles is considered as a case that is unclean and one of the major sins which get strong threat in the form of hell. Shortened to half calf clothes cleaner and more sacred than dirt dirt. And it is also a more cautious nature to Allaah.
Therefore, it is mandatory for you … O my brother Muslims …, to shorten your clothes above the ankles because obedience to Allaah and His reward expect to obey Rasullullah.
And also you do it for fear of the punishment of Allaah and His reward expect. In order for you to be a good role model for others. Then immediately repent to Allaah in repentance melakkukan Nasuha (earnestly) to continue to implement obedience to Him. And thou shalt have been sorry for what you did.
You should seriously not to megulangi not immoral acts to Allaah in the future, because Allaah accepts repentance those who want to repent to Him, because it is most Receiver Taubat Merciful.
“O Allaah, accept our repentance, verily thou almighty Recipients repentance, Most Merciful.”
“O Allaah grant us and all our brothers guidance for the Muslims towards what you ridloi, because his verily thou Almighty to everything. And may the blessings and greetings tercurahkan to Muhammad, his family and his companions. ”
FATWA SOME CLOTHES BECAUSE OF LEGAL elongate ARROGANT AND NOT ARROGANT
Does the law elongate clothing if done for pride or for not overbearing. And what if someone forced melakukakannya law, whether by force or because he is a small family or as already become a habit?
Haraam, as the Prophet:
“What under the ankle sarong then place in Hell” (Narrated by Bukhari in validity)
Imam Muslim narrated in Saheeh Abu Dhar he said: Messenger of Allah said: “There are three groups that will not be seen by Allaah on the Day of Judgment, not seen and not purified (from sin) and get very painful doom, ie actors Isbal (musbil), lever giving and the person who sells his wares with perjury. “(HR. Muslim, Ibn Majah, Tirmidhi, Nasa’i).
The second is to convey the same hadith include musbil arrogant or because of other reasons. Because the Prophet say the general form without specializing. If he did as arrogant sin he did would be even bigger and louder threat, the Prophet said: “Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala will not see people dragging sheath as arrogant”. (Muttafaq ‘alaihi)
Should not assume that the ban did Isbal it just for pride alone, as Allah’s Apostle did not provide an exception that in the second hadith we have mentioned earlier, he also sebagaiman not provide an exception in another hadith, the Prophet said:
“Stay away from ye Isbal, because it includes perbuaan arrogant” (Abu Dawud, Turmudzi with a saheeh isnaad).
He makes all acts Isbal including vanity because in general it is not done unless the act rightly so. Who did it without the accompaniment of the pride that his actions could be intermediaries to get there. And intermediaries judged the same as the destination. and all actions that are excessive overage and threatening actions get dirty and dirt.
Therefore Umar Ibn Khattab saw a young man walking in a state of clothes dragging on the ground, he said to him:
“Lift up your clothes, because it is the attitude of a more pious to your Lord and purer for your clothes (Bukhari see also al Muntaqo min Akhbaril Mustafa 2/451)
The words of the Prophet to Abu Bakr As Siddiq when he said:
“O Messenger of Allah, sarong often sag (off down) but I’m really keeping. Then he said: “You did not include groups who do it for pride.” (Muttafaq ‘alaih).
That is intended by the Prophet that people who really keep her clothes when sag then raise it back is not included among those who dragged her clothes for pride. Because he (who actually keep) did Isbal. But clothing was dropped (down accidentally) then raising it back and keep it completely. No doubt this is unforgivable act.
As for those who lowered intentionally, whether in the form of pants or a sarong or a robe, then this is included in the class of people who received the threat, not the gain forgiveness when pakaiaannya down. Because authentic hadiths that prohibit conduct besifat Isbal general terms of the text, the meaning and intent.
It is obligatory for every Muslim to be careful of Isbal. And he should fear Allaah when doing so. And do not he lowered his clothes under the ankle with the practice of authentic hadiths this. And it should also be done for fear of the wrath Alllah and his punishment. And Allaah is the best of the giver taufiq. SHOULD NOT AT ALL DO ISBAL
When a wealthy do Isbal on clothes without the accompaniment of a sense of overbearing and arrogant, whether it is also forbidden for him? And apaakah Isbal law also applies to the sleeves?
Isbal absolutely should not be done based on the words of the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wa sallam:
“What is under the ankle sarong, then it’s place in hell.” (Bukhari in his Saheeh)
And also because of the words of the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam in a hadith narrated from Jabir Ibn Sulaym:
“Stay away from Isbal to you, because it is classified as vanity.” (Abu Dawud and Turmudzi with a saheeh isnaad)
And also because of the words of the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam that Thabit from him:
“There are three groups that will not be spoken to by Allaah on the Day of Judgment, not seen and not be cleansed of sin and they will get a very painful aazab, namely Isbal actors, levers giving and the person who sells his wares with an oath false. “(Reported by Muslim in his Saheeh)
There is no difference whether he is doing because sombang or not. It is based on the generality of many hadith. And also because it was done because of the generality of the proud and arrogant, even though he does not intend to. Perbuataannya adaalah intermediaries towards arrogance and hubris.
And in these works there is an element of imitating women and simplify the subject of dirt and unclean clothes. And the action was also demonstrated exaggerated attitude. Who did it for pride, then the greater sin. Based on the words of the Prophet of Allaah alaihi wasallam:
“Who is dragging his clothes as arrogant, God will not see it on the Day of Resurrection.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
The Prophet of Allaah alaihi wasallam to Abu Bakr Siddiq Radliyallah’anhu when she told him bahwaa sheath often sag unless he really keeping:
“Surely you do not include people who do it for pride.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
This is a rebuttal to those who do it, but postulated by what Abu Bakr Siddiq. If he is really keeping and accidentally let it, that’s not why.

LEGAL elongate PANTS
Some people have shortened his clothes above the ankles, but still long pants. What is the law about it?
Isbal is unlawful and unjust act, the same whether it occurs on the robe or gloves. And Isbal is passing through both ankles by the words of the Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam
“What under the ankle sarong, then place in hell.” (Bukhari)
And he Allaah alaihi wasallam also said: “There are three groups that will not be spoken to by Allaah on the Day of Judgment, not seen and not be cleansed of sin and they will get a very painful aazab, namely Isbal actors, levers giving and the person who sells his wares with perjury. “(Reported by Muslim in his Saheeh)
He also said kepaada portion companions: “Stay away from Isbal to you, because it includes vanity.” (Abu Dawud and Turmudzi with a saheeh isnaad)
This hadeeth indicates that Isbal including one of the major sins, even if the perpetrator thought that he did not mean arrogant when doing so, based on the generality. As for the people who do it for pride, then the greater sin by saying of the Prophet of Allaah alaihi wasallam:
“Who is dragging clothes for pride, Allaah will not see it on the Day of Resurrection.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
Because the act merge between Isbal and vanity. We expect to Allaah that He gives forgiveness. The sayings of the Prophet sal-Allaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam to Abu Bakr when he said to Him:
“O Messenger of Allaah alaihi wasallam, sarong often go down unless I take really good care.” So the Prophet Shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said to him: “You did not include people who do it for pride.” (Bukhari and Muslim)
This hadith does not indicate that Isbal be done for people who are not as arrogant. But this hadith shows that people who holster or pants sag without intent arrogant then he really keep and fix innocent. The lower the pants under the ankle which made some people is a prohibited act. And that sesusai with the Sunnah is the robe or the like should, ends are between half-calf to ankle to practice all the hadiths earlier. And Allaah is the Best of providers taufiq (From the same source p. 221).
Does lowering the second pass clothes matakaki (Isbal) if done without overbearing didanggap an unlawful or not?
Lowering clothes under both ankles for men is unclean matter. Is it because arrogant or not. But if he did it because of his arrogant then bigger and harder, based on the hadith of Abu Dhar tsabi in Saheeh Muslim that the Prophet said:
“There are three groups that will not be spoken to by Allaah on the Day of Judgment, not cleansed of sin and they will have a painful punishment.”
Abu Dharr said: “What a loss and collapse them yes Messenger of Allaah be upon Regards! He said:
“(They are actors Isbal, levers giving and the person selling the goods with false oaths” (Muslim and Sunan Ashabus)
This hadith is a hadith which is absolute but elaborated with the hadith of Ibn Umar, the Prophet of Allaah alaihi wasallam, he bersada:
“Who is dragging clothes for pride will not be seen by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala on the Day of Resurrection.” (Bukhari)
Absoluteness of the hadith of Abu Dhar specified by the hadith of Ibn ‘Umar, if he did as arrogant Allaah will not see it, clean it and he will get a very painful doom. This punishment is more severe than the punishment for those who do not degrade clothes without overbearing. Because the Prophet said about this group:
“What is under the ankle sarong then place in hell” (Bukhari and Ahmad)
When these two different penalties, could not bring meaning to the absolute exception, because the rules allow for absolute megecualikan is the condition when the same texts from a legal perspective.
But when the law is different, so do not be one of them dikecualaikan with others. Therefore tayammum this paragraph which reads:
“Then rub your faces and your hands with the ground.” (Al-Maidah: 6).
We can not exclude the wudlu verse which reads:
“Then the face wash your face and hands your hands up to the elbows. (Al-Maidah: 6).
So we should not be doing tayammum until kesiku. It was narrated by Malik and others from Abu Said Al Khudri that the Prophet said:
“Gloves someone believer until half calf. And what is below the ankle, then place in hell. And who drags his clothes as arrogant then Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala will not see it. ”
Here the Prophet mentions two examples of the second law that, because they are different laws. Both are different in the act, then it is also different in law. With this obvious mistake and that excludes the words of the Prophet;
“What under the ankle place in hell.”
With his word:
“Who is dragging his clothes as arrogant, not to be seen by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.”
Indeed there are some people who when reprimanded Isbal act he does, he said: I do not do exactly this for pride.
So we say to these people: Isbal there are two types, namely the type hukumnnya; is if someone did it for pride then he will not talk to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and get a very painful punishment. different from those who do not Isbal for pride. This person will get a torment, but he still spoke, seen and cleared his sin. Thus we say to him.
