Behind the difficulty there is relief. It is a kaedah submitted by the scholars who are very helpful in understanding the problems of jurisprudence. Let us consider the advanced writing kaedah jurisprudence deliberately followed by Muslim.Or.Id this time.
Shaykh ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Nasir As rahimahullah Sa’di said,
Among kaedah Shari’ah is to provide convenience,
Namely ease when it comes trouble.
The purpose of the above kaedah: between wisdom and mercy of God, when it comes something hard, then the Shari’ah commuted and easy.
This method is derived from several passages in them,
“For verily, with every difficulty there is relief, the real hardship comes ease.” (QS. Ash-Sharh: 5-6).
“God desires ease for you, and does not want hardship for you” (QS. Al-Baqarah: 185).
“God wants to give relief to you, and man was made to be weak.” (QS. An-Nisa ‘: 28).
As a supporter also of hadith,
“Make it easier, not harder”. (HR. Bukhari no. 69 and Muslim, no. 1734).
In another hadith mentioned,
“You sent for ease and you are not sent to complicate”. (HR. Bukhari no. 220).
Postulates that there are shows:
1- undoubted difficulties in shari’ah.
2- ‘Illah (cause) partially ordered Shar’ie law is to facilitate.
3- Once reviewed, every law Shar’ie it easy to run and there are serious benefits to the servant, this is God’s favor.
Difficulty Generating Facility
Shaykh ‘Abdur-Rahman bin Nasir As Sa’di use the wording’ usru, instead of using masyaqqoh. Whereas most fuqoha using wording,
“Masyaqqoh bring ease.” Like a used Shaykh Sa’di As more appropriate for several reasons:
Proposition 1- Shar’ie indicates negation ‘usru (trouble), not the negation masyaqqoh (feel heavy or hard). There is a difference between ‘usru (difficulty) and masyaqqoh (feel heavy). Masyaqqoh it must be found in every practice and ‘usru not necessarily. Waking up in the morning to pray Fajr, it masyaqqoh (something heavy), not ‘usru. So not because it can not get up early because masyaqqoh find (heavy), then there is no Fajr prayer, it is not intended.
2- Law Shar’ie run there must be masyaqqoh in it. Jihad is definitely heavy, enjoining also definitely heavy. Similarly, there were prayers in it masyaqqoh because Allaah says,
“Make patience and prayers as penolongmu. And indeed that, it was tough, except for those who humility ‘. “(QS. Al Baqarah: 45). However masyaqqoh here is not necessarily always there. Or masyaqqoh was still able to bear, or too masyaqqoh is still inferior to the larger beneficiaries.
3- Masyaqqoh was no benchmark.
So kaedah More precisely,
“The difficulty because the arrival of ease.”
Or such like that expressed by Imam Ash-Shafi’i in Al-Umm,
“If the case is narrow, then so be roomy.”
Difficulty Any Generating Facility?
1- Pain: No relief for not fasting.
2- Safar: cause bolehnya mengqoshor prayer (salat 4 rak’ah be working on two rak’ah).
3- Naqsh (deficiency): crazy people and small children there is relief in some shari’ah laws that are not required for them; menstruating woman fall in prayers and Thowaf Farewell ‘.
4- Because not know, forced, false, then excused.
Not Bothersome Yourself
It should be understood that the Shari’ah does not mean we took great pains in worship. So do not trouble it is sought. If it can be easy to do, do not complicated. For example, if anyone wants to pilgrimage on foot from the country, then this is not required by the Shari’ah because there is an easy tool that can be taken.
The Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said, “The rewards you get the appropriate levels of distress.” (Agreed alaih). What is meant here, we must look for exhaustion in worship. Who get the reward is exhausted resulting from worship that are not sought by the servant.
How to Give Ease Shari’a
Shari’ah in providing ease of taking several ways, including:
- Abort an obligatory. Example: The death praying for menstruating woman.
Reduce an obligatory. Example: Prayer for the traveler with diqoshor way.
Replace with another mandatory. Example: Tayamum instead of ablution.
Putting mandatory. Example: Putting Zakat (obligatory charity), put the Jamat prayer.
End a mandatory. Example: Musafir mengqodho ‘fasting after Ramadan.
May God always gives us useful knowledge.
Only God gives taufik and guidance.
