عن أبي عبد الله النعمان بن بشير رضي الله عنه قال سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول إن الحلال بين وإن الحرام بين وبينهما مشتبهات لا يعلمهن كثير من الناس فمن اتقى الشبهات استبرأ لدينه وعرضه ومن وقع في الشبهات وقع في الحرام كالراعي يرعى حول الحمى يوشك أن يرتع فيه ألا وإن لكل ملك حمى ألا وإن حمى الله محارمه ألا وإن في الجسد مضغة إذا صلحت صلح الجسد كله وإذا فسدت فسد الجسد كله ألا وهي القلب
(رواه البخاري ومسلم)
From Abu Abdillah anNu’man bin Bashir, may Allah meridlainya, he said: I heard the Messenger shollallaahu ‘alaihi wasallam said: Surely it’s clear that halal, haram is clear, in between there is a vague matter (musytabihat) is not known by most humans. Any person who avoids syubuhat Dien and then he cleared his honor. Whoever goes into syubuhat he (almost) get into the haram, like the shepherds who graze their cattle around himaa (protected areas), hardly any cattle feeding in a protected area. Remember, every king has a real special protected areas, keep in mind that special protected areas for Allah is keharamannya. Remember that in the body there is a piece of meat. If good, then let the whole body. If it breaks, then corrupted the whole body. Know that (a piece of meat) it is the liver (HR alBukhari and Muslim)
DESCRIPTION OF FRIENDS LITTLE BIN Numan Bashir
Companions of the Prophet who narrated this hadith is anNu’maan bin Bashir. Some people misunderstood the meaning of this hadith. They assume that for every person, the law is divided into three: halal, haram, and cryptic (musytabihat).
In fact, what is meant by the Prophet is not the same from one person to another person. For the A, specific case law is not clear (vague), whereas for B is more pious than A, it can clearly distinguish that case it is really halal or haram really. Vagueness is to be reduced or even lost when a person gets Dien science. كن ورعا تكن أعبد الناس

Ibn al-Mubarak (one of the teachers of Imam al-Bukhari) said: Truly I return the treasures of the dirham from the doubtful assets more I love than to give alms to one hundred thousand (dirhams), … up to 600 dirhams (Shifatus Shofwah (4/139) ).
PARABLE ‘AREAS ARE KEPT’
In this hadith the Prophet said that the kings usually have areas set aside. Usually the area of special areas that have lots of grass for a particular livestock grazing. Any person who without permission graze livestock in the spot, could be suspended from the king.
While God has a special area in the form of prohibitions / things that are forbidden. Any person entering the area, will be exposed to Allaah.
Parable of someone who takes something vague (musytabihaat) is like a shepherd who graze livestock in the surrounding area is maintained. Very risky once the animals enter the forbidden territory. Such cases are ‘vague’ for someone very easily plunge into the prohibition.
IMPROVING THE HEART
In this hadith mentioned that the heart is ‘king’ for all members of the body. If a good heart, good will the whole body, otherwise if bad, then the others will not either.
There are several attempts to revive, soften and purify the liver. Among them:
Read and tadabbur (think of a full understanding) of the Koran.

Al-Qur’an is a heart drug:
يا أيها الناس قد جاءتكم موعظة من ربكم وشفاء لما في الصدور وهدى ورحمة للمؤمنين
O mankind! Came the advice of your Lord (the Qur’an) and as a remedy for those who are inside the chest (heart), and as guidance and mercy for the believers (Surah Yunus: 57)

لا يستقيم إيمان عبد حتى يستقيم قلبه, ولا يستقيم قلبه حتى يستقيم لسانه
