In the summary of the author only quoted in part only. Theorem argument that the author of the Qur’an quoted only one of three available. Theorem theorem of Sunnah was only one of the six hadith that was delivered in the book. Then to the words of the scholars on this subject, the authors quote only part of the amount it is 23. And that there is only a footnote in part I include it. All this for the sake of brevity this paper.

[The definition of theorem QUR’AN ON
SONGS AND MUSIC illegitimate]
Word of Allah wa Ta’ala Tabaaraka:
“And among mankind is he who bought the useless words (lahwal hadiits) to mislead people from the path of Allah without knowledge and make fun of the way of Allah as a hoax. They earn Allaah’s humiliating. And when Our revelations recited to him the verse, he turned and proud as if he had not heard, as if there will be plugs in his ears: then give him the news gembiralah with Allaah is painful. ” (Surah Luqman: 6-7).

Hadiits lahwal sentence (the words are not useful) in the above verse is interpreted by scholars with the interpretation of the song.

a. From Abu Shahba ‘al Bakri rahimahullah that he heard’ Abdullah bin Mas’ud radhiyallahu’anhu asked about interpretation of this verse, he radhiyallahu’anhu said,

“Lahwal hadiits (words which are useless) is singing. By the One who is no god but Him.” He repeated his words three times. (See Tafsiir ath-Tabari (X/202-203, no. 28 040)).

b. Ibn ‘Abbas radhiyallahu’anhu (d.. H 68) also interpret lahwal hadiits with the singing and the like.

f. Imam al-Wahidi rahimahullaah (d.. 468 H) said, “This verse, according to this interpretation (ie tafsir of the Companions), shows about singing illegitimate.”

g. Imam ash Syaukani rahimahullaah (d.. H 1255) says in the book of his commentary that the meaning of lahwal hadiits neglect is all a person of kindness, such as singing, games, fairy tales, and every evil deed. Rahimahullaah He said, “Imam al Qurtubi rahimahullaah (d.. 671 H) said, ‘Surely the proper interpretation to lahwal hadiits is singing, and this is the interpretation of the Companions and tabi’in.'”

And some groups of people will really stop at the side of a mountain with their cattle, a fakir came to them for some purpose, then they said, ‘Come back to us tomorrow.’
Then God brings punishment to them and afflict them, and God of the mountain to turn some of them into apes and swine until the Day of Resurrection. ”

4. Imam Adh Dhahhak bin Mujahim rahimahullaah (d.. 102 H).
He said, “The singing damage the liver and bring the wrath of God.”

6. Imam Malik bin Anas rahimahullaah (d.. 179 H).
He said, “The singing is done by people Fasiq in our area.” (Al-Amr bil Ma’ruuf Nahyi wan ‘anil Munkar (no. 165) of al Khallal).

7. Imam ash Shafi’i rahimahullaah (d.. 204 H).
He said, “Singing is one game that I do not like, which resembles baatil and deceit. Person who often do, then he is a fool and persaksiannya rejected.” (Talbiis Ibliis (p. 236), Ighaatsatul Lahfaan (I/413)).

8. Rahimahullaah Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal (d.. 241 H).
He said, “Singing to cultivate hypocrisy in their hearts. I do not like it.” (Al-Amr bil Ma’ruuf Nahyi wan ‘anil Munkar (no. 164) of al Khallal).

14. Rahimahullaah Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (d.. 728 H).
He said, “Four schools Imam argues that all musical instruments is haram …. Al Ma’aazif is a musical instrument, as mentioned by experts in Arabic, the plural of ma’zifah, the tool is struck. And no dispute any of the followers of the priests (of the illicit nature of the instrument). ” (Majmuu ‘Fataawaa (XI/576)).

Quran verses and songs describing the illicit nature of the music is very bright and clear. Hadith which describes the illicit songs and music are also very bright and clear. Then, an explanation of the scholars (including Imam four schools) about the illicit nature of singing and music is also very clear. Thus it is worth a thought to the addition of opinion about the illicit nature of singing and music?

May be useful.
