DANGER KHURUJ (AGAINST) OF GOVERNMENT [1]

Khuruj movement (uprising) and inqilab (coup) against a government (legitimate) is not a means to improve society. Indeed, it has lead to damage in the community.

Khuruj against Muslim governments, however kezhalimannya level, is a form of deviation from Ahlus Sunnah manhaj (Wal Jama’ah). There are two kinds of khuruj, (1). Khuruj to bear arms (2). Khuruj with words and verbal.

They always bring discord, dissension, and turmoil of Muslim rule, in essence was a rebellion against the government. whereas, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam told us to be patient, as his word.

“Unless you see a very clear kufr, can you prove it on the side of God”. [Agreed alaih]

Meditate on the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, “Unless you see a kufr”. His narrative does not stop until there alone, but accompanied by the caption “a very clear kufr”. Then he added more details “can you prove it on the side of God.”

In the Hadith, he sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said five presses to prevent people from khuruj and takfir (mengkafirkan any government or individual Muslims) who are very bad and dangerous actions. Because it can cause damage and destruction in society.

Even Imam Ibn al-Qayyim says in his book rahimahullah, I’lamul Muwaqqi’in: “There was a revolt against the Muslim government that brings good to the people of the time whenever”.

So is the blasphemy against the government. When some people make blasphemy against the government as a matter of lectures and “counsels” which they convey to obtain human sympathy. Humans are basically like the blasphemy against the government, also against the rulers and leaders, and to everyone who has a higher position than them. As if the insult and reproach as entertainment that could please them

It is indeed a very sad phenomenon when we witness the blasphemy, cursing, and insults against the government, now the lecture materials and the “input” for most preachers today, especially at the time of the libel. Until the material that they say will make people commented: “Good heavens, this Sheikh who dare, or Shaykh is a strong person”. When in fact it really does not bring any benefit, but will only be instigated and pollute the soul

Some people actually think, the action is a form of efforts to advise the government. Though there are methods and procedures in advising the government, as embodied in the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam.

“Those of you who want to advise the ruler, then let him go to him, and kept his counsel that”.

Hadith the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam explained that the advice to rulers or government, let be submitted in confidence. Because if pursued overtly would cause turmoil the liver, which damages the liver.

If, among our-knowledge-seekers have fallen into an error, then one had advised him in public, he would say: “You shall have fear of Allah. ‘Do not open my shame in public. If you want to advise me, then do it with four eyes “.

If the prosecutor’s knowledge, the preacher who invites people to the Qur’aan and the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, who knows the science of virtue, the virtue of al-Haq and return to him (after a mistake) – do not like this method in providing an advice , then how could the authorities who have status, power, weapons, and many soldiers, how could they-will be able to receive advice in a way that is not sympathetic. Instead a more mainstream, not to advise them in public: even if this does not bring serious benefits for the government, would at least give serious benefits for ourselves. This, of course, if they (the authorities) are Muslims.

The lowest limits to punish them as a Muslim, is when they submit and admit the truth of Islam. Although they make a deviation, has a lot of mistakes and do a multitude of sins. And it all does not make them as unbelievers, because the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said.

“Unless you see a very clear kufr, can you prove it on the side of God”. [Agreed alaih]

Then Shaykh Muqbil rahimahullah said: “We do not regard the coup as a way to fix society. Even the movement, it was a cause of damage in the community”.

Let us consider the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam in Saheeh Muslim from the hadeeth of Allaah Arfajah’ anhu, he said, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said.

“Whoever comes to you, when you unify under one leader, he is willing to divide your unity, then kill him”. [Reported by Muslim]

In this hadith, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam confirms that the rebellion against the government, which can cause a schism among the people is one thing that requires a person to be killed. However, keep in mind, which can impose sanctions that are waliyyul-amr, the government in power

In a hadith of ibn Samit Ubadah Allaah ‘anhu, he was told.

“We berbaiat to the Messenger of Allaah ‘alaihi wa sallam, to always be submissive and obedient, both in what we like or not we like, and in difficult circumstances and roomy, and to prioritize what was ordered (above all the will of us), and not to seize power from legitimate leadership. Unless you see a very clear kufr, can you prove it on the side of God “. [Agreed alaih]

However, this compliance should not be contrary to obedience to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam.

“Indeed it is only obedience to the case that doing good (good) only”. [Agreed alaih]

And as the words of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam in another hadith.

“There should be obedient to the living creatures in the Al-Khaliq immoral”. [HR Thabrani Mu’jamul in Al-Kabir]

If you want to ponder for a moment, surely we will get the fact that in Islamic history, no one has managed to revolt. As with the infidels, most of their rebellion ended with a successful move. Here as if Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala is will that we want to look and noticed that in this way, not the method syar’i. Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala just wants us to take syar’i methods that have been outlined by him, as Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala in His Book.

“Verily Allah will not change the state of a people before they change the existing situation on themselves.” [Ar-Ra’d: 11]

“If you help (religion of) Allah, He will help you”. [Muhammad: 7]

“God will surely help those who help (religion) Him. Almighty Allah, Almighty”. [Al-Hajj: 40]

From here, we can know that the method syar’i is not out of the Qur’aan and the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, Allah Almighty says.

“And really, this is My straight path. So follow! Do you follow the streets (the others) that will scatter you from His path. Thus He commanded you, that ye fear Allah”. [Al-An `am: 153]

“From Abdullah ibn Mas’ud Allaah ‘anhu, he said:” One day the Prophet sallallaahu’ alaihi wa sallam to make a line, then he said: “This is the way of Allah”, then he makes a lot of lines on the right and the left, then berliau said: “This is a walk (which is intended by God), and on every street there is a devil who calls him”, then he read the verse: “And really, this is My straight path. So follow! Do you follow the streets (the others) that will scatter you from His path. Thus He commanded you, that ye fear Allah “.

From here it is clear to us that there is no way to improve the condition of the people but by following the Sunnah of the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam and avoid all forms of heresy. Let’s look at the word of Allah Almighty is very great following.

“And sometimes we show thee (Muhammad) part of the (punishment) which We have promised them, or we wafatkan you (before that)”. [Yunus: 46]

Many people who say “we have not seen the triumph of Islam”. Know! That we should not see all that God had promised to us, because the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam did not see all that in jajikan by God. Let’s listen to the word of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala that is His promise to the believers.

“God has been promising to those of you who believe and work righteous deeds, that He will indeed make their ruling on the earth, as He made those before them in power, and indeed He will establish for them the religion He has ridhai for them. And He will truly change the (state) they, after being in, the fear of being safe through. As long as they (still) only to worship Me with my not associate with the matter “. [An-Nur: 55]

This really is a promise of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala. If we can realize this command from God, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala will also realize what He has promised to those who believe in us.

Allaah ‘nature, sallallaahu wa’ alaa nabiyyinaa Muhammad wa ‘alaa aalihii shahbihi wa wa sallam.
